PlaqueBoyMax, real name Maxwell Dent, streams on Twitch and YouTube, where artists record songs with him live in his series In The Booth. Here is what his channels say about clipping, checked 17 October 2026, what has paid clippers, and why his music changes what you can post.

Short answer: we could not verify an official PlaqueBoyMax clipping program. On 17 October 2026 his Twitch, YouTube and TikTok mentioned no clipping program, no pay for clippers and no clipping Discord, and our Clip Rewards list had no campaign for him. A paid campaign has named him before: Content Rewards still shows FLO's live stream campaign with Plaqueboy Max, now paused with its $1,967 budget spent. And because his streams are built around music, even an allowed clip can be claimed for its song.
| What it is | Safe to post? | |
|---|---|---|
| Twitch clip button | Any logged in viewer, up to 60 seconds. Switched on for his channel | Yes, shared by its Twitch link. Not permission to repost the file |
| YouTube Clip button | 5 to 60 seconds, where the channel leaves clipping on | Yes, shared by its link. The clip stays on YouTube |
| A paid campaign | An artist, brand or agency pays per 1,000 views for footage it names | Yes, within its rules. None open for him on 17 October 2026 |
| Your own clip page | Cutting his streams for your TikTok, Shorts or Reels | Only with permission. A song in the clip can still get it claimed |
From his channels, the Twitch and YouTube help centers and Content Rewards, checked 17 October 2026.
We checked the channels PlaqueBoyMax, also written Plaqueboymax or Plaqueboy Max, links himself, on 17 October 2026:
None mention a clipping program, pay for clippers or a clipping server. Does PlaqueBoyMax pay clippers? Not through any program of his own that we could verify. Discord servers and sites that call themselves his clipping program are not his unless his own accounts link them, and none did. A real program would be announced on his channels and would never charge you to join. How to check a campaign: how to find clipping campaigns.
The one paid campaign we found that names him was built around a guest on his stream, and he did not run it. Content Rewards, the campaign marketplace, lists FLO, Live Stream Clipping Campaign (Plaqueboy Max), run by the clipping agency Clipping Culture. Its page asked clippers to post clips of FLO's live stream with him in real time, highlighting an unreleased song preview. On 17 October 2026 it showed:
A campaign like this covers the footage and song it names, under its own rules, not his whole channel, and it rewards speed: it called itself "speed, hype, and discovery". His Nike Surplus streams from Australia on 16 and 17 October 2026 had no campaign in our Clip Rewards list that morning. Campaigns come and go, so check before you clip.
Making a clip and posting it somewhere else are separate questions.
On his channel the music is the show. NPR described In The Booth in 2025: he goes live in his home studio and records a song from scratch with his guest, and the resulting songs are posted to his YouTube channel. From mid September to mid October 2026 his streams included In The Booth sessions with Monaleo, Diplo and Jacquees, a Diss Wars battle, and reactions to music from Yeat and a DDG album. That adds three risks a talk stream does not have:
The lower risk moments are the ones without a song underneath: conversations, games, IRL bits. Trim or mute the music where you can. How claims and strikes work on each platform: how to avoid copyright strikes on clips.
Clips for edits. Allowed: sharing his Twitch and YouTube clips by their links, and footage a campaign hands you, used under its rules. Risky: downloading his streams or music videos and posting them, cut or edited, without permission. Crediting him does not make it allowed, and the music problem applies to edits too.
Funny clips and viral clips. His most viewed Twitch clips are tiny. Of the top 20 of all time on 17 October 2026, 16 run 4 to 13 seconds, and the top one, from May 2024, had 555,266 views. Short moments, not whole songs, are what his viewers clip most.
Old clips. 13 of that top 20 date from 2024, the year Billboard says he emerged with In The Booth and Song Wars.
His own channels post too. PlaqueBoyMaxLive, with 1.88 million subscribers on 17 October 2026, posts Shorts of single moments within days of a stream, and his TikTok had 1.4 million followers. Watch both to see which moments land, not as footage to repost.

PlaqueBoyMax songs. The ones with the clearest record:
PlaqueBoyMax and the Grammy. The Recording Academy lists one nomination and no wins: Best Dance/Electronic Recording at the 68th Grammy Awards in 2026, for "Victory Lap". The BRITs say their 2026 Dance Act award went to Fred again.. and Skepta along with PlaqueBoyMax, and Mashable reported his wins for Best Music Streamer and Best Streamed Series at The Streamer Awards 2025.
ReelShift works from the public stream, so you can add any public Twitch, Kick, YouTube or TikTok LIVE channel. It catches moments from what the streamer says, loud stretches, and kills and wins on screen on game streams, cuts them seconds later and drops vertical, captioned clips in your library within minutes, while the stream is still live. It cannot tell you whether a song in a clip is cleared: that check is yours.
Creator is $24.99 a month for 1 channel, Creator Plus $59.99 for 3 and Agency $199.99 for 10. The 7 day free trial covers 1 channel and 5 streaming hours: card required, nothing charged today. Not one we could verify. On 17 October 2026 his Twitch, YouTube and TikTok mentioned no clipping program, clipper pay or clipping Discord. The one Content Rewards campaign naming him, from FLO, was paused with its budget spent.
Share his Twitch and YouTube clips by their links, or edit footage a campaign gives you under its rules. Reposting downloaded streams or music videos without permission risks copyright claims.
His streams are full of music: songs made live that can later come out as records, and other artists' tracks he plays or reacts to. YouTube's Content ID matches that audio, and Twitch may delete clips with copyrighted audio. Pick moments without a song.
His real name is Maxwell Elliot Dent, as Billboard reported. He is 23: NPR reported that he turned 22 in early April 2025.
No. The Recording Academy lists one nomination and no win: Best Dance/Electronic Recording at the 2026 Grammys, for "Victory Lap" with Fred again.. and Skepta. The same trio won Dance Act at the BRIT Awards 2026.
