ReelShift can watch any public stream, but that does not make the clips yours to post. Post someone else's clips only when the streamer allows it, directly or through a clipping campaign whose rules you follow. If you post to YouTube for money, YouTube's reused content policy says repurposed content without significant original commentary or changes is not monetizable, and that applies even with the creator's permission. Clipping campaigns
Paid clipping campaigns on Whop Content Rewards (run by Content Rewards Inc., with Whop handling payouts) work like this, per the creator terms updated 3 September 2026:
- Brands set a rate per 1,000 views and a total budget.
- You submit your clip's link within 30 minutes of posting, and each submission is approved by hand.
- Views are checked through the platforms' own APIs. After approval a clip earns on its views for 7 days, then there is a 3-day hold.
- Whop takes a flat 10% fee, and you must be 18 or older.
Whop's own 2025 blog put the average at about $1 per 1,000 views. Most clips earn little, and results vary a lot. More in the Whop clipping guide.
