Web prices from Twitch, checked 21 October 2026. Twitch takes taxes and payment fees off the price before the split and does not say how much, so your payout will be lower.
More subs come from more viewers. ReelShift clips your Twitch stream while you are still live, so new people find you on TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
Try ReelShift free →A Tier 1 sub costs $5.99 a month on the web in the US. On the standard split the streamer gets 50% of it, and Twitch's Plus Program raises that to 60% or 70%. The math at the US price, checked 21 October 2026 on Twitch's help center:
| Tier 1 subs | Viewers pay | 50% standard | 60% Plus | 70% Plus |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 sub | $5.99 | $3.00 | $3.59 | $4.19 |
| 10 subs | $59.90 | $29.95 | $35.94 | $41.93 |
| 25 subs | $149.75 | $74.88 | $89.85 | $104.83 |
| 50 subs | $299.50 | $149.75 | $179.70 | $209.65 |
| 100 subs | $599 | $299.50 | $359.40 | $419.30 |
| 500 subs | $2,995 | $1,497.50 | $1,797 | $2,096.50 |
| 1,000 subs | $5,990 | $2,995 | $3,594 | $4,193 |
These are shares before deductions. Twitch's help center says taxes, payment processing fees, bank fees and currency conversion fees come off the price before the split, and tax withholding after it. Twitch does not publish how big those deductions are, so the real payout is lower than the table. Gifted subs cost the same as a normal sub and earn the same share. What each tier gives viewers is in how much is a Twitch sub.
Twitch's Partner page lists the three US prices: $5.99, $9.99 and $24.99. A Prime sub works differently. The viewer pays nothing extra, and Twitch pays the streamer a fixed rate set by the viewer's country, whatever the split. For a US viewer that is $2.25, from Twitch's Prime rate table, last updated 10 October 2025.
| One sub | Viewer pays | 50% | 60% | 70% | Plus Points |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | $5.99 | $3.00 | $3.59 | $4.19 | 1 |
| Tier 2 | $9.99 | $5.00 | $5.99 | $6.99 | 2 |
| Tier 3 | $24.99 | $12.50 | $14.99 | $17.49 | 6 |
| Prime, US viewer | Nothing extra | $2.25 | $2.25 | $2.25 | 0 |
Outside the US, Twitch lists only the Tier 1 price. Its help center says local pricing applies to Tier 2 and Tier 3 as well, but it does not publish those prices by country, so for other countries the calculator estimates them at the US ratio to Tier 1 and marks the result as an estimate.
Partner status does not raise the split by itself. Affiliates and Partners both start at 50/50, and the way up is the Plus Program, per Twitch's help center:
The Plus Points line in the calculator adds up your points if none of the subs you entered are gifts. The full path to Partner, and why Partner alone is not a better split, is in Twitch Partner requirements. To be paid at all you need Affiliate first: see Twitch Affiliate requirements.
Twitch sets the sub price by country, and says the creator's share is worked out on the price the subscriber paid, at the same percentage. So 100 subs from Mexico earn much less than 100 from the US. Tier 1 web prices from Twitch's list, checked 21 October 2026, with the streamer's 50% in US dollars at the exchange rates of 20 October 2026:
| Subscriber's country | Tier 1 web price | 1 sub at 50% | 100 subs at 50% | Prime sub pays |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| United States | $5.99 | $3.00 | $299.50 | $2.25 |
| Mexico | MXN 60 | $1.62 | $161.99 | $1.05 |
| Colombia | $1.99 | $1.00 | $99.50 | $1.05 |
| Argentina | $1.99 | $1.00 | $99.50 | $1.05 |
| Chile | CLP 3,570 | $1.82 | $181.59 | $1.05 |
| Peru | PEN 8.99 | $1.31 | $130.67 | $1.05 |
| Spain | EUR 4.99 | $2.80 | $279.71 | $1.55 |
| United Kingdom | GBP 4.99 | $3.33 | $333.11 | $1.80 |
| Canada | CAD 7.99 | $2.84 | $284.34 | $2.25 |
| Australia | AUD 8.99 | $3.14 | $313.90 | $2.15 |
| Brazil | BRL 9.90 | $0.99 | $98.61 | $0.75 |
Twitch's list covers web prices only, not prices inside the mobile apps, and Twitch's help center says iPhone users save 25% by subscribing in the browser instead of the app. Exchange rates are European Central Bank reference rates for the euro, pound, Canadian and Australian dollar, real and Mexican peso, and ExchangeRate-API for the Colombian, Argentine and Chilean peso and the Peruvian sol. They change every day, and Twitch takes currency conversion fees before the split.
Every line in this calculator grows with one thing: how many people watch. Most new viewers find a Twitch channel through short clips. ReelShift watches your Twitch stream and cuts vertical clips with word synced captions of what you say, the loud moments and the kills and wins on screen, while you are still live. Say "clip that" to save the last 60 seconds. Every plan starts with a 7 day free trial.
At the US price of $5.99, 100 Tier 1 subs cost viewers $599 a month. The streamer's share is $299.50 at the standard 50%, $359.40 at 60% and $419.30 at 70%, before the taxes and fees Twitch takes out first.
On the standard split, half of what the subscriber paid, after Twitch first takes out taxes and payment fees. Before those, half of a $5.99 US Tier 1 is about $3. The Plus Program raises the share to 60% or 70%, and subs from countries with lower local prices pay less, at the same percentage.
Not for being a Partner. Partners and Affiliates both start at 50%. The Plus Program gives 60/40 after 3 months in a row at 100 Plus Points or more, and 70/30 at 300. Streamers based in Latin America need 50 and 200.
A fixed rate set by the subscriber's country: $2.25 from the US, and $1.05 from Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile and Peru, per Twitch's rate table last updated 10 October 2025. The Plus Program does not raise it.
