Short answer: sign up for Content Rewards (you must be 18+), link your social accounts, and pick a campaign on the Discover page. Post your clip on a platform the campaign allows, then submit the link within 30 minutes. A person at the brand approves or rejects it. On per view campaigns your clip earns for 7 days after approval, then there is a 3 day hold. A flat 10% fee comes off, and you withdraw through Whop with no minimum.

Who runs what

Content Rewards is run by Content Rewards Inc. Whop, a separate company, holds your balance and handles withdrawals. The creator terms were last updated on 3 September 2026. Rules change, so skim them before your first campaign.

Step by step: sign up to paid

  1. Sign up. You must be at least 18. Joining is free.
  2. Link your social accounts. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and X connect through each platform's own login. You can revoke access any time.
  3. Find a campaign. Open Discover and sort by CPM, Budget or Paid out. Some campaigns take everyone, others ask you to apply first.
  4. Read the brief. It lists the rate, allowed platforms, required tags or disclosure, and anything else the brand wants. A brand can only reject you for breaking a rule written in the campaign.
  5. Make and post the clip on your own account, on an allowed platform.
  6. Submit the link within 30 minutes of posting.
  7. Wait for review. Every submission gets an automatic Bot Score first, a 0 to 100 fraud risk check. Then a person at the brand approves or rejects it. Nothing is approved automatically.
  8. Earn. On CPM campaigns your approved clip earns for 7 days, counted through the platforms' own data. Then the payout is held for 3 days, so it settles about 10 days after approval.
  9. Withdraw. The money lands in your Whop balance.

Fees and withdrawal

  • Creator fee: a flat 10% of what you earn on CPM campaigns. Per post and retainer campaigns with a budget of $5,000 or more have no fee.
  • No minimum withdrawal, and Content Rewards does not charge to withdraw.
  • Where it goes: from your Whop wallet to a bank account, PayPal, a mobile wallet or crypto, in over 200 countries.
  • Speed: about 3 to 5 business days, or instant for a fee Whop charges.

Why clips get rejected

Content Rewards lists the usual reasons:

  • Wrong platform. The campaign did not allow the one you posted on.
  • Missing tags or disclosure. If the brief asks for a tag or #ad, it has to be there. The terms put FTC disclosure on you, placed at the start of the video.
  • Reused content. Reposting a clip that is already out there.
  • Editing or deleting the post after you submitted it.

Other rules from the terms: buying views, likes or followers gets you permanently banned, and Instagram Collab co-posts need the brand's permission. If your clip is flagged, you can appeal.

Tips that save rejections

  • Save a copy of the brief when you join, so you can point to the rules if a clip is rejected.
  • Submit right after posting, not at the end of the day.
  • Keep the post up and unedited after you submit.
  • Check the budget before you clip. An empty budget pays nothing.

Where ReelShift fits

On campaigns for live streamers, the clippers who post a moment first tend to get the views. ReelShift watches a public Twitch, Kick, YouTube or TikTok LIVE stream and gives you vertical, captioned clips minutes after the moment, while the stream is still live. Only clip streamers who allow it, such as through their campaign. See ReelShift for clippers.
