Cuffem streams long Just Chatting, IRL and Slots and Casino sessions on Kick, where his verified channel had 295,104 followers on 19 October 2026. Here is what we could verify about clipping him, what Kick lets any viewer do, and what you can post.

Short answer: no official clipping program that we could verify. On 19 October 2026 his Kick channel, its links, his YouTube channel and his X profile mentioned no clipping program, no clipping Discord and no paid campaign, and neither Content Rewards nor our Clip Rewards list had a campaign naming him. Clipping him still works the Kick way: any logged in viewer can clip 10 to 180 seconds of his live stream or replays and share the link. Posting his footage on your own pages needs his permission or a campaign that covers it.

No. We checked every place Cuffem points his viewers, on 19 October 2026:
Does Cuffem pay clippers? Not through any offer we could find, and no major outlet has reported one, so treat anyone selling access to a "Cuffem clipping program" as unconfirmed. His YouTube Short descriptions credit a channel manager and editor: his own team already posts the biggest moments.
How clipping him works anyway: Kick's own clip tool, a paid campaign if a brand or agency ever starts one, and his permission for anything you post on your own pages.
From Kick's help center, checked 19 October 2026:
What gets views. Sorted by views, his Kick Clips tab showed a 54 second clip from September 2023 on top at 136,842 views on 19 October 2026. The top clip of the past week had 279. Of his 600 most viewed clips, 324 came from Just Chatting, 180 from Slots and Casino and 40 from IRL, plus a few games such as NBA 2K25 and VRChat.
Discord. His Kick profile has a field for a Discord server, and on 19 October 2026 it was empty. His channel links and YouTube channel list no Discord either. Servers and paid groups using his name for clipping are run by third parties, so we do not link them. A real program never asks you to pay to join.
Campaigns. On 19 October 2026, Content Rewards' public clipping list showed no campaign naming Cuffem, and neither did our Clip Rewards list, which pulls per view campaigns from it every hour. We found none tied to his sponsor either. Kick streamers do get campaigns there: the same day, the list carried a Kick stream campaign for another streamer with a $2,000 budget at $0.40 per 1,000 views. Campaigns come and go, so check again before you clip.
What is allowed and what is risky:
Cuffem clips on TikTok. His Kick profile links no TikTok, and the TikTok his YouTube channel lists, @cuffemx, had 584 followers and no public videos on 19 October 2026. So the Cuffem clips you see on TikTok come from fan pages and clippers, not from him, and a fan page should say so in its name. His own clips go up as YouTube Shorts.
People search for a Cuffem soundboard to use his lines in their own videos. Here is the line:
Soundboard pages under his name are fan made unless his channels link them, and on 19 October 2026 his Kick, YouTube and X linked none.

Most of his recent Kick streams ran 4 to 8 hours, and his own team posts Shorts of the biggest moments, so speed matters. ReelShift lets you add any public Twitch, Kick, YouTube or TikTok LIVE channel. It catches moments from what the streamer says, loud stretches, and kills and wins on screen on game streams, cuts them seconds later and drops vertical, captioned clips in your library within minutes, while the stream is still live.
Post only what his permission or a campaign's rules allow. ReelShift is not affiliated with Cuffem. Plans: Creator $24.99 a month for 1 channel, Creator Plus $59.99 for 3, Agency $199.99 for 10. The 7 day free trial covers 1 channel and 5 streaming hours: card required, nothing charged today. See ReelShift for clippers.
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial: 1 channel and 5 streaming hours to try it on a real stream. Nothing is charged today, and we email you the day before it ends.
No official one that we could verify. On 19 October 2026 his Kick channel, YouTube channel and X profile mentioned no clipping program, Discord or paid campaign. Any logged in viewer can still make Kick clips of his streams.
Not one we could find. His Kick profile lists no Discord server, and on 19 October 2026 Content Rewards and our Clip Rewards list had no campaign naming him.
Log in on Kick, press C or click the Clip icon on his live stream or a replay, set 10 to 180 seconds with the slider and publish. Then share the clip by its link.
Share Kick clips by their links, and use YouTube's Use this sound option on his Shorts. Reposting his streams, ripping his voice into soundboards or selling sound packs needs his permission.
He goes by Cuffem on all his channels. We found no post of his own and no major outlet report giving a legal name or birth date, so we do not publish either.
Not that we could find. None of his saved Kick replays or his 600 most viewed Kick clips came from a Resident Evil category, checked 19 October 2026.
