Short answer: Streamer Prom is an invite only prom for creators, hosted by Twitch streamer FunnyMike and produced with his management firm Fixated. Invited streamers dress up, arrive in pairs and stream the night from their own channels, and a prom king and queen are crowned. The first edition was on 18 June 2025 in Houston, the second on 13 August 2026 in the Houston area. Neither had public tickets. On 26 October 2026, no third edition, date or venue had been announced.

Sources: Streams Charts (20 June 2025 and 6 August 2026), Tubefilter (25 June 2025), the Houston Chronicle (June 2025), Cassius (14 August 2026) and FunnyMike's Twitch channel. Checked 26 October 2026.
Streamer Prom copies a high school prom for streamers: a black tie red carpet, guests arriving as pairs in custom outfits, a dance floor and a prom king and queen. The difference is the audience. Many guests go live on their own channels, so one party plays out on dozens of streams at once, each from a different angle.
Who runs it. FunnyMike, a comedian, rapper and YouTuber who streams on Twitch, hosts it. He is a Twitch Partner with 1,605,158 followers (Twitch, 26 October 2026). Tubefilter reported that his management firm, Fixated, handled the first edition from end to end: creative direction, production and brand partnerships. Prom nights are not new for him. His family YouTube channel posted "Official Bad Kid Prom 2022" in July 2022, a second prom party in March 2023 and "Bad Kid Prom #3" in December 2023.
Not the same as Streamer University. Streamer University is Kai Cenat's event. Streamer Prom is FunnyMike's. Many guests take part in both, which is why people search for a "Streamer University prom". More in our guide to Streamer University. It is also separate from The Streamer Awards, a yearly awards show.
FunnyMike's trailer went out two days before and set the prom for 18 June 2025 at 8 PM. The Houston Chronicle previewed it as a black tie, prom themed night in Houston hosted by the Louisiana based streamer. It ran overnight into 19 June. None of the sources we trust named the venue.
The numbers, from Streams Charts, which tracks Twitch viewing:
Fixated put the total at 513 years of watch time, before YouTube and TikTok replays (Tubefilter, 25 June 2025). The two figures agree: 4.49 million hours is about 512 years.
King and queen. A king and queen were crowned, each with a cash prize. Tubefilter reported that the sponsor, Popeyes, crowned the king and gave the queen a $10,000 prize. We found no official post or major outlet naming the 2025 winners, so we don't name them.
After party. DDG's clips channel on YouTube posted "DDG & FunnyMike Throw a Streamer Prom After Party!" on 19 June 2025.
Date and time. The second edition took place on Thursday 13 August 2026. Previews put the red carpet broadcast at 6:30 PM CDT (7:30 PM EDT, 4:30 PM PDT) on FunnyMike's Twitch channel (Streams Charts, 6 August 2026). The date moved once: reports in July said 8 August, while previews in August and the night itself put it on the 13th.
Trailer. FunnyMike announced it with a trailer in the same chaotic style as 2025: a stolen cash box and car keys, subway surfing, a random marriage and an alien encounter, as Streams Charts described it.
Location. The Houston area again. Recaps published the next day (Cassius, 14 August 2026) placed it at Imperio Ballroom. Previews disagreed on the venue before the night, so for the next edition, trust only FunnyMike's own posts.
Tickets and applications. None. The prom is invite only, and we found no public ticket sale or application. The only ticket page we found was for a separate club night: "Funnymike Presents Streamer Prom Official Afterparty", listed on Posh by Dome Nightclub Houston for 13 August 2026 from 9 PM.
Scale. A week before, Streams Charts reported that the official site had confirmed 56 names, that more than 100 creators were expected, and that the goal was over 1 million viewers at once. No final 2026 viewing figures have been published by a source we trust.
Attendees list. We found no full official list we could open. Streams Charts, citing the official Streamer Prom site on 6 August 2026, named the 2026 headliners as FunnyMike, DDG, Wendy Ortiz, India Love, thesketchreal, Yonna Jay and n3on, among 56 confirmed names. For 2025, Streams Charts named jasontheween, ExtraEmily, Agent00 and Cinna among the streamers covering the night from the prom itself, besides FunnyMike and DDG.
Couples. Pairs are part of the format. We list only pairs the streamers posted themselves, on their own YouTube channels on 13 August 2026: DDG and Seven, and Pudgie and DreamDoll, each in an outfit reveal video, and 2xRaKai and Yonna Jay, in a video from the night on Rakai's channel. These are prom dates for the night, nothing more.
King and queen 2026. Pudgie and DreamDoll, who arrived in a look inspired by Biggie and Faith Evans, according to recaps published the next day (Cassius, 14 August 2026). We found no winners post on FunnyMike's channels, and the organizers have not published how the crowns are decided.
Names people search. FunnyMike is the host. Cinna's own YouTube channel posted "Agent Helps Us with Streamer Prom..." on 18 June 2025, the day of the first prom. More on her in our Cinna clipping guide. Chrisean Rock was among the 56 confirmed 2026 names Streams Charts reported from the official site. We don't repeat social media stories about anyone.
Live. The official broadcast is FunnyMike's Twitch channel, starting with the red carpet. Guests stream their own view of the night on their channels, so the best moment is often on someone else's stream. Watching is free.
Replays. The full 13 August broadcast is gone from FunnyMike's Twitch. Twitch keeps Partners' past broadcasts for 60 days, and on 26 October 2026 the only video left on his Twitch channel was a broadcast from 27 August. What remains:
The next edition. FunnyMike announced both editions with a trailer shortly before the night. Follow him on Twitch, Instagram and X, and ignore any site selling "Streamer Prom tickets".
A night like this has no single owner. FunnyMike's broadcast is his, and each guest's stream belongs to that guest, so the rules depend on whose stream you clip.
Paid campaigns. On 26 October 2026, none of the 98 pay per view campaigns on our Clip Rewards list named Streamer Prom, FunnyMike or any guest we checked. If one appears before the next edition, its rules decide which streams you may clip.
Speed and angle. With 1,575 channels covering the 2025 night, every big moment gets clipped by many people within minutes. Clip live, pick a guest's angle others skip, and never present your page as the official Streamer Prom account. More in how to clip big streamers.
ReelShift watches public Twitch, Kick, YouTube and TikTok LIVE channels while they are live and picks moments from what the streamer says and the loud stretches. Vertical 9:16 clips with word synced captions and an on screen title written from what was said reach your library within minutes, while the stream is still going. If several guests have said yes to you, Agency covers 10 channels for $199.99 a month; Creator is $24.99 for one. A guest streaming their own view can say "clip that" to save the last 60 seconds. There is a 7 day free trial (1 channel, 5 streaming hours, card required). See ReelShift for clippers.
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial: 1 channel and 5 streaming hours to try it on a real stream. Nothing is charged today, and we email you the day before it ends.
It already happened: Thursday 13 August 2026, with the red carpet at 6:30 PM CDT, in the Houston area. On 26 October 2026 no 2027 date had been announced.
In Houston both years. Recaps placed the 2026 edition at Imperio Ballroom. The 2025 venue was not named by the sources we trust.
No. It is invite only, with no public tickets or application. Watching is free on Twitch. A Houston club listed tickets for a separate after party in 2026.
In 2026, Pudgie and DreamDoll, according to recaps published the next day. We found no official post or major outlet naming the 2025 winners.

Sharing Twitch or Kick clip links is how the platforms mean clips to be shared. Reposting on your own pages needs permission from the streamer whose stream it is, or a campaign that covers them.
