Two tools for different jobs
Vizard's pipeline starts when a file is ready. You upload it or paste a link, it transcribes, Spark 1.0 picks the moments, and you get clips with subtitles. That is the right shape for a podcast, a webinar or a client call, and it is why its help center recommends videos longer than 15 minutes.
A live stream breaks that shape. The moment worth posting happens at hour three, the VOD exists later, and by the time it is processed someone else has posted the clip. ReelShift reads the stream while it runs, so the clip is in your library while you are still on air.

The two price lists are not comparable line by line, because they meter different things.
- Vizard charges for minutes of video. One credit is one minute you upload, counted once per project. A five hour stream is 300 credits, so 600 credits a month is about two long streams.
- ReelShift charges for hours you are live. Creator is $24.99 a month for 1 channel and 50 streaming hours, Creator Plus $59.99 for 3 channels and 120 hours, Agency $199.99 for 10 channels and 400 hours. Clips are unlimited, and extra hours are $15 for 10.

Can Vizard clip a Twitch stream while it is live?
No. Twitch is on its list of link sources, but its API docs say live videos are not supported, so you paste the link once the stream is a recording. ReelShift clips the live stream itself.
