TikTok deletes LIVE replays after 30 days. Here are the three ways to keep your LIVE, and what to do if it was someone else's.

Short answer: after your LIVE ends, open your Profile, tap the menu ☰, choose TikTok Studio, tap LIVE at the top, then LIVE recordings, open the replay and tap Download. You have 30 days. On a computer, download it from LIVE Center. If you stream with LIVE Studio, you can also record the LIVE locally as MP4, MOV or MKV while it runs. For someone else's LIVE there is no download: screen record it and only repost with their permission.
Download the replay on your phone
- Tap Profile, then the menu ☰, then TikTok Studio.
- Tap LIVE, then LIVE recordings.
- Open the replay and tap Download.
It saves to your phone. Do it within 30 days: after that, TikTok removes the replay.
Download it on a computer
Open LIVE Center at livecenter.tiktok.com. TikTok describes it as your home for LIVE, where replays let you rewatch your LIVE, download it to your device or delete it.

If you stream from TikTok LIVE Studio on a computer, you can record the LIVE to your own drive while it runs, as MP4, MOV or MKV. That way you never depend on the 30-day replay. Someone else's LIVE?
TikTok offers no download of another creator's LIVE. You can screen record it for yourself (how). Posting it is different: TikTok's copyright policy says content that infringes someone's copyright may be removed, so only repost with the host's permission.
